PAYMENT
You can either pay by using 'Paypal' for a guaranteed secure payment service.
Alternatively we accept cheques. Please contact our office for further information regarding the use of cheques. For parties we only accept cash on the day.
DELIVERY
All items are wrapped in tissue paper and organza bag/box and posted in protective wrapping. Annies Room always use Royal Mail.
Standard delivery is £2.95 5-7 working days ALL ORDERS OVER £45 will be delivered free of charge. 2-4 days.
RETURNS
Annies Room offer a simple 14 day returns policy. the item needs to be sent back in its original condition and packaging.
Please note pierced earrings and jewellery sets containing pierced earrings are strictly non-returnable due to Health and Hygiene Regulations.
